Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely feedback, content, and access needed to deliver the agreed services, and to ensure any materials supplied to us do not infringe third-party rights.

Payment Terms

Payment terms, including any deposit, will be agreed in writing before work begins. Ongoing services such as ad management are billed on the schedule set out in your quote.

Intellectual Property

Ownership of final deliverables (such as a completed website or logo) transfers to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Project Timelines

Timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors such as client response times and third-party platform approvals.

Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

FastPay SCRBLTD's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the service in question.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
