Overview

Because our services involve custom work and third-party advertising platforms, refund eligibility depends on the stage of work completed and the type of service.

Eligibility for Refunds

Deposits for web development or branding projects may be partially refundable if cancelled before work has started. Once design or development work has begun, fees for completed work are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Services

Ad spend already submitted to Google Ads or Meta Ads platforms is non-refundable once spent, as it is paid directly to those platforms. Management fees for completed billing periods are also non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at the address below with your name, the service in question, and the reason for your request.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
