Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply when you use this website or work with us on a project.
1. About these terms
These terms and conditions apply to your use of this website and to any web design, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, or branding services provided by FASTPAY SCRBLTD ("we", "us", "our"), 34 Caterham Avenue, Ilford, IG5 0PZ, London, UK. By using this website or engaging us for services, you agree to these terms.
2. Use of this website
This website and its content are provided for general information about our services. You may browse and use it for your own personal or business research, but you may not copy, reproduce, or republish any part of it without our permission.
3. Quotes and proposals
Any quote we provide is based on the information you give us at the time and is valid for 30 days unless we say otherwise. Prices are not published on this website — every project gets a custom quote once we understand what's needed. A quote becomes a firm agreement once both parties confirm it in writing (including by email).
4. Project work
Once a project is agreed, we'll work to the scope, timeline, and price set out in the written plan or proposal. Timelines depend on receiving content, feedback, and approvals from you promptly — delays on your side may affect the delivery date. Any work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately before we start it.
5. Payment
Payment terms are agreed on a project-by-project basis and confirmed in writing before work begins. Services delivered on an ongoing, month-to-month basis (such as SEO or ad management) are billed in advance for each period and can be paused or cancelled as set out in your specific agreement, without a long-term lock-in contract.
6. Advertising spend
Where we manage Google Ads or Meta Ads campaigns on your behalf, our management fee is separate from your advertising spend. Ad spend is paid directly to the advertising platform (Google, Meta, etc.) and is subject to their own terms — we are not responsible for changes those platforms make to their pricing, policies, or ad approval process.
7. Ownership
Once a project is paid in full, ownership of the final website files, designs, and branding assets we create specifically for you transfers to you, except for any third-party tools, plugins, stock assets, or licensed software used to build it, which remain subject to their own licences. We may keep and reuse general know-how, templates, and non-client-specific code from the project.
8. Hosting and third-party services
Where a project relies on third-party services — hosting, domain registration, plugins, ad platforms, or similar — those services have their own terms and may involve their own fees. We'll flag these where relevant, but we don't control their pricing or availability.
9. Cancellation
You can cancel an ongoing, month-to-month service at any time by giving us notice as set out in your specific agreement; work already completed up to the cancellation date is payable. One-off project work (such as a website build) already in progress is payable for work completed to that point.
10. Limitation of liability
We aim to deliver everything to a high standard, but we don't guarantee specific business outcomes such as search rankings, ad performance, or sales, since these depend on many factors outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you've paid us for the relevant service.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
